Overview
As a Business Pro, you are a strategic partner for high-potential business customers, using your knowledge of Apple products, third-party solutions, and local market insights to drive business transformation. You cultivate long-term customer relationships, deliver tailored technology solutions, and act as a mentor to other team members while ensuring business remains an integral part of the Apple Store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, helping them adopt Apple solutions that elevate their operations.
- Be the subject matter expert on Apple’s business offerings, helping your team understand and support business customers.
- Lead briefings, workshops, and events to demonstrate Apple’s impact in key business scenarios.
- Strategise and forecast pipeline performance through CRM tools, account planning, and opportunity management.
- Work with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account transitions and consistent customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance by mastering all Retail Business programs, policies, and procedures.
- Support other store functions and uphold an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail or sales, or related business/customer-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of Apple’s products, services, and business applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Show a proven track record in technology or business solutions sales.
- Tailor communications effectively for executives, SMB owners, and internal teams.
- Excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide strategic insights on SMB industries, mobility adoption, and digital transformation.
- Quickly learn and operate CRM tools and business systems.
